School Information

USD #289, Wellsville Schools, boasts an education that is top-notch. An emphasis on the fundamentals of education – reading, math, social studies, and science – is the foundation; but, a well-rounded education experience is stressed. Technology in the classroom and beyond is a well-supported area of the curriculum, as the district has a 5:1 computer-student ratio with student and teacher Internet access. Class sizes are small with individual student attention a priority. After-school tutoring and enrichment classes are offered during the school year, as is a summer school program.
